LGBTQ Therapy

Sometimes members of the LGBTQ community need support that is directed towards a unique aspect of their sexuality or gender.

Acceptance: Finding acceptance within yourself or from others - both within and outside of the LGBTQ community can present a challenge for some people. Therapy can help you cope with these challenges and experience a greater sense of acceptance.

Coming Out: One aspect of being part of the LGBTQ community is the process of coming out. Therapy can help you navigate this process and cope with potential challenges associated with it.

Sexuality: Human sexuality is a spectrum. Whether you identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, or are coming to to terms with where you are on the spectrum, therapy can help you process your feelings and move you towards a more authentic state of being.

Gender Identity: Gender is a spectrum. Whether you identify as non-binary, transgender, or as being somewhere in between, therapy can help you process your feelings and move you towards a more authentic state of being.
