Mandy Snider, M.Ed., AMFT
Mandy Snider is an associate marriage and family therapist. She received her Master's degree in marriage and family therapy (MFT) from Northcentral University's MFT degree program which is accredited through the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE). She received her associate's license in marriage and family therapy from the state of Illinois in 2016 and practices under the supervision of David Oler, PhD.
Mandy also works in the field of education as a secondary educator. She received her Bachelor's degree in secondary education from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004 and a Master's degree in school administration from Concordia University in 2008.
Mandy uses an integrative approach to therapy that is collaborative, solution-focused, and aimed at creating meaningful movement towards positive change. She provides a safe, secure, and non-judgmental environment in which clients can feel free to openly discuss their thoughts and feelings. Mandy believes that change happens when knowledge and experiences are shared, through which new possibilities and alternative ways of being are highlighted.
